These Terms explain the basic terms for using Domino ScorePaper, ScorePaper+, and this website.

Using Domino ScorePaper

Domino ScorePaper is a scorekeeping app for people playing dominoes. The free scorekeeper includes First to 100. You are responsible for using the app in a lawful and appropriate way.

ScorePaper+

ScorePaper+ is optional and unlocks custom winning scores, best-of series, game history, statistics, and recent team names. Monthly and yearly subscription durations unlock the same ScorePaper+ entitlement.

Subscriptions and Billing

Subscriptions are billed through the applicable app store. Your app-store account handles billing, renewal, cancellation, subscription management, and refund requests according to that store’s terms and account controls.

Apple Standard EULA

The iOS app uses Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement. You can read Apple’s Standard EULA at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/.

App Availability

Features, subscriptions, pricing, and availability may vary by platform, storefront, country, device, and app version.

Acceptable Use

Do not misuse Domino ScorePaper, interfere with the app or website, attempt unauthorized access, or use the service in a way that violates applicable law.

Intellectual Property

Domino ScorePaper, ScorePaper+, the app icon, website content, and related product materials are owned by their respective rights holders and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Disclaimers and Limitations

Domino ScorePaper is provided as a game scorekeeping tool. It is not intended for gambling, legal, accounting, or financial recordkeeping. To the extent permitted by law, the app and website are provided without warranties beyond those that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

Relationship to App-Store Terms

These Terms do not replace the applicable terms of Apple, Google, or another app store through which you download or purchase Domino ScorePaper or ScorePaper+.

We may update these Terms as Domino ScorePaper changes. The Last updated date above shows when this page was last revised.
